| He performed the ceremony right there in the Multnomah County Building lobby, though they didn't really want people to do that. They say they're a licensing agent, not a wedding facility. Oh well, it was too cold outside, too rainy and windy, and too late to go to the Keller Auditorium and we just wanted to be official before walking out that door. |
